Bidra med feedbackAfter the Landrover Burghley Horse Trials weekend, the King's arm returned. This is our 4th visit and we booked for the next year. We love this place. The dog-friendly room where we stay is amazing with dog beds and dog treats waiting for our four-legged family members. The food in the restaurant is the best we ever tasted and so is breakfast. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Staying here makes our Burghley experience even more special, thank you.
They were now twice with Hubby, once for lunch and once for dinner. Nice food in a beautiful place and beautiful, friendly, very welcoming staff.
Good selection of dishes and drinks. My Rumpsteak was brilliant because the meat was very tasty and juicy. Well suspended, as it says in the menu. My Crème brûlée was tasty, without being too sweet, served with a small compote and a few light and crispy walnut bites. My alcohol went well into my neck: starting with a Black Sheep bitter, a bottle of New Zealand Pinot Noir and a filigree courvoisier brandy.
Great place, good food, great staff I recommend it to all my guests
Thank you to all at the Kings Arms Inn for an incredible weekend. The best food that I have eaten in a long time. Owner and chef James you certainly know what you are doing. Everything including ketchup, brown sauce etc is all homemade on the property and all of produce sourced locally. The Granary Suite where I slept was more than comfortable. Owner Kate I loved all of the little touches that only someone who properly understands hospitality and has it in their blood provides. The team are all attentive and friendly. Notably Kelly, Sam and Martin and I apologise for you having to work longer than you needed to. I know how irritating it is. There is no doubt that I will return so I look forward to seeing you all then.
