Bidra med feedbackI went in here with my autistic daughters and the two guys that were working was so rude to us when we walked in their was no one to be seen they were both in the back they both came out and acted as if we interrupted something and having kids with any disability is rough as it is and trying to get something to eat and everyone is looking at the menu trying to figure out what we all want the guys were rushing us to order while I was telling them what I wanted my kids was looking at the menu the guys said to me are they going to order because they’re not telling me anything it would have been fine if he didn’t say it with an attitude to where one of my kids said never mind I don’t want anything. If you don’t like your job then just quit and if you’re having issues outside of work then leave your problems at the door before you walk in for work. I only gave one star just so I could leave this review.
Workers so rude to me and my friend, food was so hard and spoiled.
As a fast food worker myself so i understand VERY well about how good supply issues are growing. I understand not being able to offer certain ingredients due to them not being available, it happens. However. EVERY single time i place an order online and pay 2$ extra for Avocado on my sandwich there is NEVER any. I’m the last person to act like a “Karen” or let alone even complain about awful service, but this is genuinely infuriating. Like i said it happened about 7 times in a row for the lesser part of the last year or so and i let it go. Infact once they even left me with a cookie or two which was a wonderful solution to the problem. Which bothers me is that since that one time many months ago, they’ve left off the avocado and didn’t say a single word. i’ll go pick up my order as the employees give me a death glare. No marking or warning that the avocado was replaced, Most definitely not an increase of other ingredients to make up for the 2 dollar item im not getting, But most annoyingly they didn’t say a word! Why just stare at me awkwardly instead of letting me know you ripped me off? Or hey, throw in a $1 cookie to make up for it like you guys did one time. I always tipped well so i don’t know what the issue was. Do better lol
I went to this subway two times about a week apart. Both times Jay made my sandwiches, and both times he was not pleasant. He seemed annoyed at everything I asked for, and when I asked for guac he said you should have told me that earlier . Isn 't it his job to ask me what I want? The second time I went he asked for here or to go? and I said to go. He obviously didn 't hear me, because he started at me annoyed and then repeated for here or to go? in a frustrated tone. I then repeated it, and he didn 't even tell me to have a nice day when I payed. He is also unpleasant to his coworkers.
The young lady who made my food on Saturday July 22nd made an amazing sandwich for both of us tonight. She needs a raise!
