Chris' Pizza Family (rutherford, Nj)

Placed and paid for an online order 5pm on 4/26 and showed up to pick it up and they seem out of business. Disputed the charge through my bank. REALLY disappointed they did not shutdown online ordering if they are closed.

As a student who goes here, this is my go to for singular pizza slices and a can of coke!

My order was verywrong on a delivery tried to call and no answer... won't use them again... I paid and tipped in advance

Since we moved, we have been coming to this pizzeria almost every Friday because we liked the food and the service, but this place is not the same. The two owners (Mauricio and José, I think that's their names) were always very polite and helpful, and the food was perfect. The last two times, including today (4/8/2024) when I placed an order for pick up, we were attended by a very rude man over the phone and 2 in person, and the pizza was super greasy. It's as if they don't want to work. I don't know if the guys sold the place, and if they did, it's a shame because we used to order because of them and their food. One thing I know for sure is that we won't be eating or ordering from here again I’m pretty sure my business is worth elsewhere. Zero professional ethics! 0 stars.

I order from here but today I ordered and wasn't happy with the eggplant Parmigiana it was horrible not like all the other times this today was horrible it wasn't cooked right it was mushy and watery and has a hard piece of something in it I can't even make I out what it was but tasted horrible and I call and was explaining to the guy and he got so nasty and hung up on me I called back and it went to voice mail I kept calling and finally got the guy on the phone and told him how rude that was to hang up on me he then gets nasty again and says no no no the phone hang up but it self cause they were busy and then after being nasty and hanging up on me and I tell him I will never order from their again he then says I'll send you another one I make it myself I told him I'm hanging up and hung up on him AFTER BEING NASTY YOU CAN'T MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT CAUSE THEN TO ME IT BECOMES A DONE DEAL DON'T ORDER NO MORE FROM THIS PLACE KEEP YOUR FOODI'LL REMEMBER THIS DAY AND MR.NASTY ON3/22/2024 BETWEEN 5:30PM -6PM
