Utility Brewing Company - Ruston

Pretty cool place. Somewhat limited selection, but what is there is good. The lunch special was a pretty great deal. Manager and I talked for a bit when it was slow, and it's very clear that the people who run it actually care about their product.

We waited 18 mintues at the bar and not one person asked us if we wanted a water,drink or food. We will not return.

September 2021: The pizza and house salad were very good as was the table service. Beer menu limited and IPA completely absent at the time of our visit. One Hop Wonder was good.

Good beers and pizza. Courteous staff and nice atmosphere. Hopefully we can sit on the patio the next time we visit. If you are in Ruston, stop by.
