Mcdonald's - Ruston

So the restaurant looks pretty but the fact that the employees think it's proper to ignore the customers just because they were the only ones in the store is in my opinion rude. What upset me was the girl behind the cash register with a green McDonald's shirt and a jacket and shoulder length dreads was behind the counter and I went up to see if I could get a refill on a drink b/c with COVID I didn't even know I could get a refill and I heard another person behind the corner say “is that her” to … – show

The employees were very rude the managers employees were in the back laughing having loud conversations not taking orders and whenever they did take orders they were very short and rude about it ending orders before the order was ended by the customer if you want a friendly place with a nice atmosphere to eat with family do not go here

Not open 24 hours!!!! Online says you guys are 24 hours. Each night I have gone there around 12p. During my break. Each time, Their closed. We work at Walmart and gave up trying to recieve service there, we now order from Whataburger at the least their drive thru is open. Over the past month, never open past midnight when online it shows you are 24 hours. Change your store operating hours to 12am. This causes us to loose time on our break.

Kiosk order only, cooks had pants below their butts, lobby was nasty. Soda and trash in drink area. Super slow service.

This one on 167 in town wasn't bad, but the new one by walmart sucked. Doors locked at 630 and only one lane open in drive thru. If I had to leave a Yelp review for that one I would look for the negative numbers if they had them. I think the thing with McDonald's is the change of how their operations are. Kiosk inside to make your orders ordering online and door dash has given the franchise way too many things going on at one time. Too much confusion. Besides that the one on 166 has my vote.
