Bad Wolf Bbq - Ruston

Everything on the menu is great! I eat here regularly (once a week or so), and have never had a bad experience. Food is always cooked to perfection and customer service and quick and friendly! We?ve even gotten them to smoke a whole brisket for a bigfamily reunion and it was perfectly smoked! I highly recommend coming here.????????

Finally made it to Bad Wolf BBQ over in Ruston. Andrew Caskey is absolutely killing it. Brisket was savory and wonderful, ribs delicious, the boudin spot on, jalapeño cheddar sausage perfectly balanced and those pork belly burnt ends with blueberrygastrique were insanely good. Also wonderfully surprised by their white sauce paired with the brisket. The regular BBQ sauce wasphenomenal. This is a must visit if you?re anywhere near Ruston (or even an hour away like me)

The street tacos are the bomb…fresh ingredients. Spicy meat…unbelievable. The boudin is the best I’ve had in north Louisiana. Everything I’ve tasted has been wonderful.

Too good.Wow.I'd like to say don't go so there would be more for me. Hiddem gem for sure. Highly impressed. Incredible food.If you're looking for suggestions try the chimichurri sandwich or the gyro... or the boudin.... or the chicken sausage, then theres the tacos. You'll be glad you did. There's so much to choose from.

Wow! Mega impressed with the Barbecue here some of the best I've ever had in our home state. The ribs in particular blew me away. If I lived closer than 500 miles away, It would be hard to keep me away.
