Because the restaurant in Santa Isabel is more of a small one, you can spend a very nice evening here. There is a large salad buffet, a cold appetizer, 2 barbecue stations, heat main places and a dessert buffet

We were very often in this hotel. We are club card owners and visit the Europapark several times a year. We were also in the other hotels, but Santa Isabel tells us the most! In our opinion, there are fewer families with children and it is quieter. The hotel itself is really nice in food style. So far we had only booked standard rooms. For us it was not possible to spend as much more money for a suite as we only sleep; the bathroom is great, shower super, WC separately with lockable door! Cots are built in the closet-style wall. The only thing we don't have is a small fridge minibar. The staff was always friendly. The shower gel was empty, we reported was replaced within a few hours. Now to the worries: We were also during Corona... (15.06. 17.06.20 We love the breakfast buffet in the hotels and this is also a reason why we book the Europa Park Hotel. Breakfast while Corona was grottenbad... If you know the big breakfast buffet that it was always here, you could understand what I mean. You should have done something about the room price... They could order eggs, they also came very fast, but quality was unfortunately not so bombarded. In addition, you get a small tray with sausage and cheese selection and a few mammals, you cannot decide here. The buffet was always so extensive, there was so great and sooo a lot of choice... That was very disappointing. I know they can't change it first... In the meantime, many hotels offer buffet again, but it is also ok with masks! On request today on 22.10.20 it turned out that the hotels again offer buffet, I am curious what it looks like if it is still as rich as it was then? I'll report in the report, we'll leave tomorrow. Otherwise we will continue to book this hotel, because as I said, it is more of the quieter and we (yes are childless and want to enjoy the peace;

Great! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The dishes used were immediately replaced. The food has a very high quality and the buffet is continuously filled. The price of 40€ is fine.
