It is the worst place to ever eat used to be my favorite but it's b that you have to pay over $20 for two people to eat and they still want to charge you 25 cents per ranch or honey mustard they don't even let you get one with your meal they just automatically want to charge you 25 cents the customer service was disrespectful especially the black woman that took my order she was hateful as all get out look nasty to me but come on 25 cents for condiments you should at least allow customers to have one with their meal and then charge extra after that place won't last long being a rip like that

If I could rate 1 I would on customer service and with making sure food is correct and ready before the order is given out I have gone here 2 times and ordered fries they were not even in the bag went back and they gave me hard stale fries I DoorDasher and they forget a side and a piece of chicken from a 3 pc Combo and wouldn’t remake the food because I would have to drive all the way to them when I already paid 40$ for my food like you can’t understand I don’t want cold food when I get home I will bring it all to you if that’s the case very disappointing and disrespectful on manger here

I went through the drive-thru today and spent way too much money for an order that was incorrect. I tried calling numerous times and the phone was busy. My chicken strips were so hard I was missing food and the biscuits were cold and hard.. never

I got a 12 piece. Drove 20 minutes home. I did not have 12 pieces and there was no mash potatoes and gravy. I was very disappointed and will never go there again.
