La Plaza

We go here about 3 times a month and drop 70-80 bucks each time. I say that because we have considered finding a new pizza place because the service has been so bad lately. If it were not for the quality and nostalgia we would quit coming. First opportunity.. it should not take 40 to 70 minutes to get an appetizer and two pizzas. Second opportunity ... The waiters notice I said waiter not waitresses) need better training. We have gotten him twice last month and he messed up our order both times.

Service was off the charts! Buffalo dip was good but the pizzas weren't as good as I hoped. Was a little underwhelmed. Our waitress was definitely the star of the show however!

Caley, Breanna and Donovan were wonderful. The pizza was amazing and they let us stay in their parking lot to watch the eclipse.

The food was heavenly, my server was extremely kind, and the interior of the building is like an old pub, which was just so cool. It was established twenty years ago, and I'm sure each year it's remained just as delicious and atmospheric as the day it was founded.

Placed an online order on a Monday night at 6:50 and was told my order would be ready at 7:25. Went to the restaurant to pick up at 7:30 and joined a long line of people who were waiting on their to go order as well. The girl behind the counter told me it would be a few minutes without even checking the rack of already made pizza. After waiting for 25 minutes inside the restaurant I went back up to the counter to tell them to cancel the order because I didn’t even want it anymore, where a different person helped me and said “it’s been ready for a while” and proceeds to hand me cold pizza. No apology or anything. The lady who had been waiting long before me went up to the counter again after I got my pizza and hers was ready as well and had been for over 30 minutes. So many people working and not one person offered to check the status of my food or help me in general. This is my second horrible experience and I will not be back again. I thought the first was a fluke but clearly not. Will not be back.
