Pizza Express - Rushcliffe

We were here last night to celebrate my birthday (with the kids at grandma's for the night - hooray!) So my partner and I decided to come here for a relaxing meal, some drinks, and adult conversation. We were completely satisfied with our experience. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, our server was excellent, and the food was delicious.

Hi. after a marathon tennis game with my son we agreed a pizza necessary. I have a Caesar salad that was just excellent. to die. joe had a fiery pizza so big that he had to carry half of it to the house. terrific service so can not wait to return

Pizza Express used to be our favorite restaurant when our children were growing up, but we hadn't been back since the pandemic. We decided to book a table for Father's Day and were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews that indicated a decline in quality. However, we were pleasantly surprised. It appears that there is a new manager at the Bridgford branch and we were extremely pleased with the service and food. It was one of our best dining experiences there. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be returning soon.

I made a reservation for 8pm on New Year's Eve, and despite some last-minute staff shortages and rowdy diners, we were still taken care of very well. The food was fantastic, as usual. The BBQ Burnt Ends Romana pizza has become my new favorite. Thank you to all the staff who were working that night.
