Bidra med feedbackWe have been to Twynersh Hungry Horse many times but today was memorable. We were first welcomed with a cheery greeting, our order was served quickly and the food great, our waitress really attentive checking everything was ok. Thank you Chloe for making our lunch so pleasant.
We had a lovely meal and drinks for my mum’s 60th. We were served by mainly Charlie and Tom, who were warm, welcoming and very accommodating.

Sadly only roast beef available today. I ordered this and waited over an hour. When it arrived Yorkshire puddings were rock solid and potatoes and stuffing inedible as overcooked. A piece of green bean was long and hard and could have choked on it! All this pointed out to Manager and insisted on meal refund which was given. You can do better.
ABYSMAL. Truly dreadful food and service. Steak and ale pie pastry so hard it could not be cut and contents had to be dug out from under the lid. Half chicken and salad so over cooked again it couldn't be cut and the salad consisted of a lot of lettuce, 2 slivers of tomato and half a slice of cucumber. Totally inedible. Beef lasagne was microwaved til it was dry and solid and the fish and chips were ok. When we told the waiter he said he had just come on shift and it wasn't his fault. No apology despite him taking 2 virtually untouched meals back to the kitchen. I wasn't aware that waiters did the microwaving as well as serving!!!!!! Extremely embarrassing as we had met our friends halfway between our respective homes and thought we would be all right at a Green King pub which didn't even have any of its own beer for sale. Serious mistake as they are obviously happy to lose customers.
