Kas - Runnymede

So we decided to stop and order at Kaspa’s, the service and food was fine. But we wanted to raise a point that the staff where working behind the counter and the manager (lady without uniform on), it’s believed her name is ‘Ellie’, threw a pancake at a member of staff and was shouting at her two colleagues. It made everyone in the shop feel uncomfortable, including the ‘Uber eats driver’ So yeah, Ellie! Stop! Bullying! Your! Staff!

We were unable to try the desserts at this restaurant because the staff were so rude that we decided to leave before placing an order. After waiting for a table and receiving no service, I approached the counter and was told that I needed to wear a mask. Despite expressing that I wanted to eat in and did not believe a mask was necessary for this, the staff member ignored me and turned her back. Even when my daughter tried to speak with her, she still refused to acknowledge us. After waiting a few more minutes, we ultimately left as it was not a pleasant experience.

Delicious pancakes and waffles, especially the white chocolate crepes. The ice cream is nice but powdery so not the best. Come for the food not ice cream.

After a tough week, I decided to treat myself to something indulgent and tried out this restaurant. I was pleased to discover they offer takeout options, and they were speedy with my order. The food and smoothie were absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you.

My daughter loves it here, for obvious reason. The food is tasty (as one would expect , the premises kept clean (even the toilets! the staff seem pretty efficient (although they could stand to be slightly friendlier even at busy times. It's costly for what it is, but makes for a nice treat from time to time.
