Burger King - Runnymede

Certainly not fast food. Waited about 15 mins to get served in the drive thru (2 cars in front of us). When we eventually got our food we were a burger missing. Food was tasteless and barely warm. Won’t be going again.

This could well have been the worst hamburger I have ever experienced. We ordered 2 regular bacon cheese burgers with fries and drinks. The relishes, bacon and cheese were compressed into a mush. The bacon was literally grey and limp. The whole burger was so distant in looks from the picture on the board. It should be a crime to serve such slop and charge money for it. I so wish I had demanded my money back.

It was a great visit to burger king with my family. The staff was very helpful and tasted the same as always

Am amazed this place is still open. Went to drive thru and given a cold bag of food… went and parked and went in to the store. Was looked at like a total idiot when I said it was cold. Yeah they replaced the food….. not With manners and certainly no word of apology explanation. God knows where they find the staff for these places…. Most definitely won’t be going back
