The best place to eat in rumia. delicious food, more cozy place and nice wine. I really recommend this place! I come back here every year.

Super service! eating is very tasty when you're in rumia, go to them! we were eleven people and called them because the other restaurant in which we wanted to go was closed and was not a problem for them to make a table for eleven people. 20 minutes later it was finished and we were glad that the other restaurant was closed! we come back to the restaurant every time!

Service was not good, but the waiter gave us several kinds of olive oils when we asked olive oil for pizza. We ordered Italian Pizza XXL which was SO HUGE, we were so full! Pizza was decent. The prices are decent : We also ordered the grilled mix meats chicken breast, beef and pork , chicken breast was incredible tasty, they grilled it perfectly : Pork was soft and good. I didn't like beef cause it was too hard to eat. The environment of restaurant I enjoyed it. I like the old school style, you can find so many old photos on wall, so long time ago the church in Rumia etc. Cute fresh roses on table is romantic, good for dating : They have many seats and each seats with this old school style : I feel sorry about their service : They didn't notice that no toilet papers anymore...Maybe not enough staff to work there : I like their warm beer, we ordered two, one was ginger beer, another one was cranberry beer I prefer sweet beer like cranberry , mixed the bottle of cranberry jam, tasty :

Fail! I ordered a Pizza Bolognese and she served me a Pizza Italiano. OK, Nevermind. I ordered mayonnaise for the fries of my son and get served a cocktailsauce or something like that. It bothers me alot. But after I gave her 100 zloty and said to her take 50 and she gave 40 back.... Sorry this is too much. We'll never do business again credence, this was my first and will be my last time there. 5hours later My Contactperson in Poland heard about my Complaints and instantly confronted the Servingpersonal about my negative impressions. After a few hours one of the coworkers or owners don't know came to my hotelroom and apologized, gave me two bottles of cold beer and 10 zloty. Clever and brave move! One part of Kaizen is to accept mistakes to get better. I am gonna increase my rating up to two stars.
