I have been there a multiple times and they were always kind to me. A good service is always guaranteed :

They carry the only butane that has an adapter on the cap that can fill my grandfather's world war 2 lighter that he carried for four years and I just think keeping it in working condition all these years later is to me a sign of respect to a whole generation of people that should be remembered..And also this is my neighborhood store and they have a little bit of everything..Which is why I seem to get home from there and also have some new butane torch lighter because honestly I just think they are cool regardless trust me this place is nice to have close by that carries a lot of things because there aren't many choices that are open early enough and sometimes I just get irritated with the whole stop and shop or shaws supermarket experience..I think everyone just needs to start learning how to act around other people again You can start by shopping local if you happen to find yourself in Rumford.. It was 5:30 PM on Sunday when I checked my U Haul drop off’s location and realized that along with almost every other, it had closed by 5 PM. By 5:45 I had given up on scheduling an after hours pickup and noticed Rumford Food Mart Deli accepted trucks for another 15 minutes. I asked if I could drop off the truck soon, between 6:20 and 6:30. The manager asked what kind of truck, then agreed. I threw my bike in the back and rushed to the store. As I arrived and he began the inspection process, I realized the drop off hours coincided with the store hours. The manager had stayed past closing 30 minutes just to help me without a second thought. I have not had the food but I cannot recommend the service enough. Please support this store.

The owner was helpful and patient when we picked up a uhaul trailer.
