Kfc - Rugby

We went to this restaurant on a busy Friday afternoon. The service was prompt and our meals were delicious and served hot. We ordered the snack boxes and they were satisfactory. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again.

First time trying the KFC. Not disappointed. Quick service and all the items were hot. Well cooked and was just right when you are hungry. Plenty of seating. Staff were very polite and efficient. Would be happy to stop on our way down to London.

Hello! I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and nearly always get a KFC. I have never had any issues with the service or the food. I always make sure to get a tub of their delicious coleslaw - it's lovely! You can choose to do self-service, but I prefer to order at the counter. I can only speak to my own experience for this review. There may be some negative reviews out there, but you can't please everyone all the time! This is a good stop for me as it is only a 3-hour drive from my hometown of Pickering. The restaurant is located between junctions 12 and 13 on the M40. While it is a compact services, there is some shopping to be done here, although it is not as large as South Mimms services. It is convenient for me as there is a designated seating area for coach drivers, making it quieter to enjoy my KFC. The carpark can get quite busy because it is so popular, but it remains one of my favorite places to stop, either alone or with passengers.

I have been enjoying the Tuesday deal at this restaurant and eating more chicken than I would typically order. The chips are not the best, and they don't always have sweetcorn available, but I still keep going back.

The service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff. The food was delicious and served piping hot. And to top it off, the cup of tea was outstanding!
