Poor quality-price service. Expensive pizzas (very expensive even) often overcooked and cold (because they were too early and waiting in an oven). Dry dough, burnt crust, air bubbles because too little sauce (this will cut into the margins) on the dough and burnt, non-melting cheese. The quality has been significantly declining for months.
