Lovely little gem, hidden amongst forest and fields. Very cozy atmosphere, nice service and good food at decent prices. The only thing I can put a finger on is the prices of beer and wine, which was too high in my opinion. But definitely a place I will visit again

If you love nature, relaxed and calm atmosphere and want to enjoy authentic Danish food, this restaurant is situated in between lush green area and a big lake called Sjælsø . Good for family gatherings. Better to give a call and book in advance before going because it is quite busy in summer. I strongly recommend their cake of the day (Gateau Marcel) and hot chocolate with cream.

The coziest please in surrounding. Freshly renovated, very well designed, white walls put your attention on old pieces, like huge fireplace and colorful glass windows. Food taste good. You can find traditional danish food and European cuisine for very reasonable prices. Ok selection of vines. Summer evening you can enjoy the lake view. Open in March again. We’ve been here last day before closing for winter, end December.

Lækker mad, kunne godt lide gæstebudet konceptet. Til gengæld var servicen dårlig, vi spurgte om vand flere gange uden at få det og manglede flere gange drikkevarer og brød. Skøn udsigt og mulighed for at sidde udendørs og inde

Dejlig atmosfære og god historie omkring stedet. Vi lærte lidt historie og fik samtidig en lækker smørrebrødsplatte. Pilsnerne fra TO ØL var rigtig gode. Alt var lækkert også udsigten. Tak for mad
