Walked in and waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone decided to walk out to serve me and my family. On top of that 3 other people walked into the store waiting as well. Ladies were okay, not a great atmosphere because it seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. I got 3 foot longs and 2 of them were burnt, 1 was a footlong and we asked for easy buffalo sauce, but it was disgustingly flooded and making the sandwich saucy. We had to ask for a ranch cup to dye it down. We did eat in and ate what was given to us because they were in the bath after people left. I spend $49.99 on burnt, overly sauced sandwiches, on top of that the girls speaking to us in and unfriendly manner.

My husband and I were there for lunch today. Had a salad and he had a foot long bmt. What happened to chopping the salads? If you don't offer that anymore then how about having plastic knives for your customers so they can chop their salads. I asked about it to the ladies behind the counter and there was attitude when I asked. I had to use my husband's pocket knife to cut my salad. Service: Dine in
