Mcdonald's - Ruckersville

Order by phone got to McDonald's 5 min later was told pull up vwait. 7 cars went through their orders, then i saw a guy come out but not my order. I asked about my order, and he said he checked 10 min later. It took 30 min to get an order in all time, and fries were under cooked cold inside them. Chicken nuggets were also cold likevit been setting. I was too tired to go back, had to take home, and put in an air fryer. This McDonald's has really gone down. Never get the right order or food, old or uncooked. I know its hard to get people to work so i can't get mad but upset. Parking: Drive threw is backed up a lot, makes it hard to get into the parking lot and sometimes blocks the street. It have workers standing around chatting brings the counter vid yet both sweet tea containers are empty, all the tables are dirty and there are no napkins in the dispensers. It was like a 3 ring circus in there. And usually it's not. Store was dirty beverage center nit filled. Girl on register got mad when customers ask for straws. Have been here quite a bit and generally have a good experience both with the drive-in and in the restaurant. There's been a few times where it's way too busy--especially when only the drive through was open--and I ended up leaving. Overall, though, I've been pleased. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
