Rice Express - Royse City

The owner takes 7:15pm over the phone, tells me to arrive in 10 minutes. I get to the restaurant 15 minutes after the call. Walk in and I’m told 7:35pm it’ll be 15-20 minutes longer because they are cleaning the kitchen. Obviously he doesn’t care about anyones time but his! I’ll update as soon as I try the food for the first time ever. So far not on a good foot! Not to mention him yelling/raising his voice with aggression towards the customers waiting for long period of time for their dinner. He obviously doesn’t see his actions are disrespectful. Hopefully the food will be better that my face to face experience!

The food doesn't seem to be hot. More room temp lately. It comes out quick. I rather wait to have hot food. Is the chicken already cooked and you just toss in the sauce? My rice was hotter than the actual food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Had the beef broccoli however the beef was tough, the vegetables were cooked right. Fried rice was good except to much of it to eat. May come back if in the area again to see if it's any better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
