Papa Johns Pizza - Royse City

I placed an order with two hours of notice of when I wanted it delivered. I received a call 20 minutes later saying the driver couldn’t find the house and brought the pizzas back to the restaurant. I was told she didn’t have a phone and that’s why she didn’t call. We live in a subdivision less than 5 minutes away! The house lights were on and it’s not hard to find. No excuse. I ended up talking to the manager and still had to drive up to get my order. Completely incompetent. Order from anyone else!

My wife just went in to pick up a pizza and they made the wrong one. When she questioned the manager. The manager blew up and insisted that she be quiet. They were going to make her pizza and that she just needed to wait. My wife has trouble communicating slightly because of having cancer in her mouth so her word don’t always come out so clearly. one of the customers in the store who witnessed this Said he felt so bad for my wife for having to put up with that and when my wife asked for the managers name, she refused to give it to her and told her to get out even employees were laughing. This location should be closed down.

Pizza was very under cooked and my pasta had no pasta noodles. Very disappointing.

I clicked the well done option while ordering, but seriously? I didn’t order charcoal crust.

Staff is great. They always smile when you pick up your pizza. Keep up the good work.
