Burger King - Royse City

They can't keep up with their chicken. Four times I've been here and told to pull to the side so they can cook the chicken sandwich. Every time they forgot to put the sandwich in the bag when they finally brought it out. Thankfully I caught it. But after the second time, I mentioned it. Third time I had an awesome conversation with the manager who said they would talk to their GM.Since then, the sandwiches are dry and hard, like they've been sitting out all day under a heating lamp. And that's IF they even grab the right one. This is the seventh order of chicken sandwiches in the last month, and instead of a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they handed me an Italian.It was good, don't get me wrong, but not what I ordered. They're hopeless at this point.

Ordered dietary restricted chicken jr.s for my kids. Got home and they had the item on there that my kids were allergic to.Went back to get it resolved; Jordan and Isaiah gave great customer service and fixed my kids' food.Appreciative of their service!

Not busy, good people working here, service was great, they are not really busy, not sure how long they been here but place is clean and people are welcoming ? Food: 5/5

Our original order was done incorrectly but the fixed it it and I appreciated how hard they worked and how friendly they were!Food: 5/5

Definitely not the best experience when you go into a place and it takes between 5 to 10 minutes to get someone to even take your order, on top of it the guy was picking out the trash and didn't even wash his hands after taking it out with no gloves on in the process, comes back can precedes to mess with the food without gloves on and washing his hands. Definitely a red flag at this place
