Why I rated 5 stars. Just a good old fashioned diner. Food was great. Real mashed potatoes, chicken fried steak yummy, real onion rings, great cornbread. The wait staff is all very attentive, young people. They were polite and caring. The prices are great too. It was my first visit, it won't be my last. Thank you for a delightful meal. Lived in the area for about 10 years and I've always enjoyed eating here. The food is good with a good selection. Never had any issues with the staff, they are quick and attentive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Wasn't very busy and yet still took awhile to even get a waitress to ask what wanted to drink. Had chicken fried chicken and it was hard to chew. It was tough like under cooked or over cooked.

Very nice diner. Service and food was excellent.
