Zoe's House Of Pancakes - Royal Oak

Service was horrible. Waited 45 minutes. Brought out the food for my son, and 10 minutes later I had to ask where my food was. I received my bill before we received our food. Food was good, but not worth what we had to go through.

A great location with plenty of helpful staff and great food. It's very convenient and pleasant.

Been here multiple times and each time it was an absolutely great experience!!!! Food was amazing as well as the service.

I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but don't go. Their prices have increased dramatically (you'll pay 12-13 dollars for a couple of eggs and meat), and the service is god awful. If you're short-staffed, you don't pack the house and then tell customers that they'll have to be patient once they're seated. Took 45 minutes for a standard breakfast, everything was cooked to oblivion, and incredibly expensive to boot. There are 50 other restaurants with better, cheaper diner food in the area. Go to one of those establishments instead.

DISGUSTING!! The menu advertised fresh pineapples folded into pancakes. All they did was put canned tidbit pineapples on top of the pancakes. The pancakes had a sour taste like the buttermilk used to make them was spoiled. We sent that mess back to the kitchen thought we'd just eat the eggs, sausage hashbrown. WRONG AGAIN! The sausage were burnt raw at the same time, hash browns were brown on one side not even cooked on the other side, the eggs were underwhelming, and they never delivered the toast. Another customer across from us heard our complaints about the pancakes chimed in that her pancakes were disgusting as well. NO, NO, NO!!!
