Bidra med feedbackShows the worst chipotle in the opposite. never can get an online order right. all my commands are skipped on every ingredient. if I went into my job hoping that something would make better, they just told me that they have no more food to offer. I worked for 4 years at chipotle and that's embarrassing.
By looking at the mood of many other unsatisfied reviewers, this is the literal worst chipotle I ever had the unfortunate to get stupid order. I never even got the chips I ordered and paid for half dozen times I picked up my food, and the staff once let me know how they gave me my bag. tonight takes the cake when I got the most pathetic Burrito shell I've ever seen and I'm not hyperbolic. white rice, black beans, red tomaten salsa, red chile tomatillo salsa, guac, and salat. no fajita veggies or cheese available to order from the app. only white rice, black bors and red tomatillo salsa get? and the type of car ride thru didn't think he should mention that to me? at a previous visit they gave me the order of another. I don't know what's going on back there, but you start feeling like they make it useful. and the fact that the customer service gives them a voucher (which always runs within the month) for a free escape or chip instead of giving them their money back? I'm so tired of getting rid of this place. I guess it's time to go to qdoba or something.
1-star 4/5/2022 at some point I gave the worst chipotle I've ever had, and I gave this special place so many dishes. they always order double buck and it's hardly a servier. the Burrito bullet is always crushed on the side. they never give silverware even if they request it on the app. no fajita veggies as I asked every time. the amount of food is always harmful. Finally, they always seem to have a posture that expires as soon as they get their order, so they can hardly ask for funerals and huffing if they do; itsy, as if it were their worst day ever, and to be honest, that is ultimately why I gave them so many dishes: because I thought that the workers literally bad days every time I visited one row, but that is four visits. I don't understand. Franchise owners have to strike, because that's ridiculous. I want to at least what I ordered and paid, even if everything else will be a terrible experience. 1* food accuracy; 1* food value; 1* service. do not recommend. I'm friends and famously despised.
I’ll start with the good. The steak bowl I ordered was fantastic. I placed an online order to be picked up at 12:10pm. I got in line at 12:10 and was the first and only person in line. Bonus! Unfortunately I sat there for 15 minutes. 2 different people came to the window asking who the order was for. I told them my name. Sat patiently and waited because that what patient people do right?! Watching people walk up and leave with their orders was a bummer but whatever. My order finally came to the window at 12:25…with a line behind me she handed me the bag and just turned around and shut the window. Rude.
One of the worst chipotle you could go to for food. I sat more than 2 hours in lane for my order that was supposed to be ready an hour ago. I had a long 12 hour work day with no food. Do not go here.While the customer service refunded my money, I still went home with no food because when I reached the window, they handed me a bowl with beans and salsa only and told me they are out of stuff. I went home after having no food for 15 hours. Chipotle failed.
