Papa Johns Pizza - Roy

I placed an order went and picked it up and when i got home it was the wrong order ??????????? needless to say i was crushed i called them and they fixed my entire order and delivered it to me. That is exceptional customer service. So i thank them so muchfor taking care of me. The pizza was so hot good they have a lifetime customer now ???????????????????

We love their pizza. The only issue we have is we like the garlic butter and when I order I purchase extra and we only get it about 1/3 of the time. Funny thing the is the last time I didn't order any and we got some

We ordered pizza, and they asked for a tip upfront. Then deliver it to our back porch without even knocking. It was supposed to be delivered 10 min ago. I?m not sure when they delivered it but it?s not even warm. Horrible customer service!

Super disappointed. The last time I got delivery was November 2021 and my order was delivered much later than expected and my food was cold. I decided to try again tonight, August 2022 and the same thing happened. I will not be ordering again. Marco's ismuch faster and the food is actually hot. The Roy store needs to improve their business practices.

Pizza always tastes great but more often then not they forget the extra pizza sauces or pepperchinni?s that I order. Come on guys you can do better then this!! ???? EDIT, they have made it right and supplied me with a free pizza to make up for it so Iam upping the rating to 4. I will continue to order from them. ????
