Subway - Rowlett

Always understated, new sandwiches menu seems confusing and meaningless. Sandwiches have become very expensive.

Order a chicken teriyaki sandwich and NO TERIYAKI SAUCE WAS ADDED!! Just simple chicken. If you already get rid of the chicken mixed with the sauce, make sure your employee add the sauce when it is ordered! Only two slices of cucumbers were on my sandwich. Overall, the sandwich was really easy.

Who manages and owns this franchise?! Only one employee works on a Saturday afternoon!! Wow I know it's hard to find help these days, but only one guy works terrible, he does what he can. I order on the line and wait for him over 10 minutes to make my order. Read the reviews that I can tell the owner and manager just can't worry about.

Well let me start by saying I really like subway. The one in Rowlett I really don't care for. Every time I go in there they're always out of something. Ranch, mayonnaise, tomatoes, Etc you name it they're always out of something. I have to start the conversation with the guy fixing my sandwich with the same what are you out of today. Seems like if you're not going to have enough food to fix what you're trying to sell then you're not going to be able to sell it. LOL while I was in there the guy that came in behind me I told him you have to ask for what they're out of. They had three microwaves and none of them worked that's not even the problem the last time I was in there only one worked. So either the owner isn't making enough money or doesn't care. That guy ended up leaving and not ordering. I just think when I'm choosing a place to go eat I think in my head Subway. I have to go there and ask if they're out of stuff and if they're out of what I want then I have to go somewhere else. So is it worth me going to Subway just have to leave and go somewhere else. This is what I'm talking about you know a customer thinks this way you might have a problem. Hope you can get it straightened out love Subway. Probably eat it twice a week, but not in Rowlett. Tim B
