Little Caesars Pizza - Rowlett

I'd leave a zero if I could. I just had an interesting visit here, 8 November, 1630. I took a pizza and asked if they could hit my Hot N Ready Rewards card. I already had 9 blows, and the next one would be 10 to give a free pizza at the next visit. You said the card expired in December 2020. I recognized this and told them when they gave me this card this year 2022, they said it was not as important as it was. I explained that I had been here 9 times this year without problems. At once, they won't exclude it. Then a female employee said she worked here for 3 years and never saw a stamp card. I said I lost 4 cards this time. It's hard to believe. I asked about the manager and it was the guy who helped me first, but he didn't seem to know what was going on, so he asked other employees. He said they wouldn't honor this card. They had terrible customer service skills. They were asleep, dishonest, and the manager was particularly fucking as I went. You just lost a long time customer who now go to pizza elsewhere and I will be sure to tell others not to go to Little Caesars either. 8405 Seeblick Pkwy Ste 104 Rowlett TX

Order thru app on Sunday no thin crust or wings, the 2 of my 3 items and were out. Really should update if articles are online and do not sell those. After 30 minutes wait and talk to save finally get refund. Then diirdash calls us several times and we had to explain the breaking. Always have problems in this place.

Stopped by here after a Walmart run, to get some cheap, quick pizza. They really need to improve their crust. It was very oily and a bit tough. Cheese and sauce are good in my opinion. Crazy bread was the worst I've ever had. I remember loving this stuff back in the 90s and it was usually soft and tender. This was tough, misshapen and awful.

Speedy service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I was in a rush. I waled in and bought 4 pizzas and 2 sodas and it was only $24. That's what I like about Little Caesars Pizza, they live up to their name of ready-made-hot-pizzas. That's what I expect and that's what I get each time. This place is clean and there were a lot of people when I walked in. It was after 6pm on a Friday evening and there were lots of pizzas ready to go. Love the food, the service and the friendliness.

Bad place. The crazy bread was raw for a few times. This time it was pure bread. Without garlic parmesan.
