Jason's Deli - Rowlett

Food and service was great. The music was turned down low enough to have a conversation.

Everything was going well until my nephew asked for a small plate to get salad. He was not asked why the plate was needed. The female manager then snatched the plate from his hands. When confronted and questioned as to why she snatched anything out of a customer's hand, she had an attitude. She could have handled the situation better by explaining to him Jason's deli rules. This is not good management. Customers should not be mistreated.

Visiting from out of state without knowing much about the Foodie places in the area. Took a chance on Jason's Deli, and we are so very glad we did. We went through the drive-thru as we were in a picture for time. Even so, staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was spot on, perfect portions, and delicious. Keep up the great work Jason's Deli staff!

The sandwiches are good as is the chicken Alfredo. Free soft serve for dessert.

I love the salad bar. Always fresh. Service is great.
