Donut Palace - Rowlett

The first time it went to Donut Palace and it was close to its closing time (12:00). I wanted an Eclair, but they didn't sit so close to the closing time. The lady said, “I will make you a special eclair” She did it and gave me extra donuts. See picture below. She didn't have to, but she did. It is good to see this kind of person and this kind of customer upgrade. Of course I'll be back. Donut Palace You have a customer for life. P.S. The atmosphere inside is relaxed, clean and decorated in a welcome home and friendly atmosphere.

Jenny is the most amazing person I've ever met. Her donuts are a simple 10/10 and she is such a loving and nursing person. I've been here for over 20 years and there's no one else I'd go for donuts.

With a a warm welcome, superior service, and a great product this small oasis earns its 5 stars! The decor and classy jazz in the background made it feel like a higher end European pastry shop.
