Worst Boba Time and Tea Shop I’ve ever been to ever. The older lady who took our order didn’t know how to use the register and gave us a look and snarky sigh when we would order items she didn’t know how to customize.We repeated the order several times and it was still wrong when handed to us.To make matters worse, the owner or whoever the older man in the back told us not to waste their time or ours next time and to look over the screen when we tried to correct him.He gave us a look when we asked him to remake the drink and then told us we were wrong and that the drink was fine, even though it’s not what we wanted.Being so frustrated with the drink, we asked for a refund which he proceeded to say he couldn’t do because of corporate. We insisted on the refund and he stumbled around the register and tried making phone calls to figure out how to do it and we asked for a replacement instead after a while.Not only that whenever the woman in front would speak up he would tell her “you, don’t speak!” To berate her. Truly a toxic workplace.Would give this place 0/5 stars if I could.
