Nice ice stain. but the ice itself was nothing special. also very rude customer service. big no for me.

I enjoy the sweet charlie experience every time I go. Making tasty ice cream before your very eyes. So many toppings to choose from. You must go and try it for yourself. Awesome staff!

It's really good! I got a vegan birthday cake ice cream, they have separate procedures for people ordering a certain item if it's for allergies or preference! The staff were nice, and the place itself is nice. First time eating rolled ice cream was a success!

This is our second time to this ice cream shop . it is our family favorite. my kids love the namaste, wonderfilled, momango. the staff were very friendly. i love the concept where they roll the ice cream in front of you. kids love watching the ice cream made in front of them. fresh ingredients. the new owner was very friendly. we will surely visit again.

I haven't been in RR long. This place right here is amazing. The team is young and works really well together, they have a very nice flow and get things done really quickly. This was our first time there and I will definitely be going back. Great job to the team at sweet Charlie’s!
