Wonderful Food and Service! Mr. Shaw is a very nice man. The brisket was amazing with the beans and omg the potato salad was devine!

The customer service was out of this world! Love the experience, atmosphere, and the food. We all tried different things and I really like their brisket nachos, the plate, and the cheeseburger. Sausage was to die for and the burger was not greasy and had a lot of flavor! You won't get anything anywhere else like this place, the whole family was so sweet wholesome... it was nice to talk to them as we were dining in as well. Quality food service, you cannot miss out on this place!

The food is seasoned and cooked to perfection along with the beans and potato salad were exceptional. This includes the friendly staff that make you feel right at home in a clean place to sit and enjoy their delicious food. I highly recommend everyone to swing by and taste for yourself you will not be disappointed. Thumbs up to the Chef and his staff!

Will definitely be visiting Shaws again in the very near future. To start, the customer service and environment is top notch. I had loaded brisket baked potato with coleslaw and potato salad and it was delicious. I know that seems like a lot of potato, and I initially thought I wanted a side of beans until I found out I was already getting some on the baked potato! Cant wait to go back and try out the meat plates and fried fish! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good ‘ol home style country BBQ!

Shaw's Country Kitchen is a true gem in Round Rock, TX!! I got the 2 Meat Plate w/2 sides. The brisket sausage were both smoked to perfection. flavors just tap dance on your tastebuds! The potato salad beans are chefs kiss!! Do yourself a favor pull into the lot place an order the next time you're driving down 79! You won't be disappointed.
