Lupe Tortilla Mexican - Round Rock

Lupe's was an awesome experience. The environment is inviting. The staff is polite. The service did seem a bit slow but maybe I was hungry. . Either way the food was outstanding, definitely one my top five in recent memory. I will return.

The food was amazing, Salsa was on point. Drinks never stayed empty. The wait is my reason why it isn't a 5 star yet. I understand they are very busy, great food takes time. But it was a lot longer than I was hoping for.

We tried Lupe Tortilla last weekend (near Round Rock Outlets . The Queso Flameado was excellent (the red pepper that is in it has a kick... Beware , the Pablo Patron that I decided to order was a good portion and very tasty, very pleased with the choice. Finally, the Ice Cream Taco that my son ordered... It was both appealing and delicious, a very creative dish, indeed. Our overall experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Will definitely go back.

We've went for the first time yesterday and even though they were super busy during ?Black Friday?, we got seated right away. Our waiter Maria, was amazing,she waited so many tables but also had an eye on us and refilled our drinks faster than we could finish them. Lol The food was out quick and it was really good. It is on the pricier side for Mexican food.

Food was great and our server was on top of it, fajitas were lacking a little since they typically come with sliced onions and bell peppers. The red pepper that did come with it was actually a roasted jalapeño and was SUPER hot. Other than that food was great!
