Starbucks - Round Lake Beach

I went to pick up a order today and the girls working a girl with glasses working on 2/28/2024 i walk in and they look at me and say “you take her” with a attitude and then they start talking through their headsets and just looking back at me like are you serious those girls deserved to be fired

Was surprised how fast the service was! Great job ladies!!

Got my drink wrong, flies in the restaurant, dirty floors and dirty pickup counter, rude girls working, go to Antioch starbucks way better than this

They have a Decent setup for picking up your mobile app to go order. They also have a pretty active Drive-through.It doesn't feel as fun and welcoming as Starbucks used to before the pandemic On the inside.I feel like there isn't much effort in welcoming people back in.I don't think there's music anymore, But I will have to double-check on that. The merchandise selection is just ok. Since you can't order Starbucks online anymore. I wish there was a better selection in-store.

A smart@as little pos came out after we’d been waiting for almost a half hour and said they were going to be closing and it wasn’t even close to the time they were supposed to close. This place is a slow joke.
