Don't mean to ding the atmosphere and I can't pinpoint a problem but a 5 is the top of the top and I didn't have that impression. Perhaps my chair was a little low and not quite comfortable. Steak was amazing, salad was perfect. Very tasty food, well prepared and presented. Drinks were delicious, wine very tasty with the steak dinner. Service was impeccable with an attentive staff. GO! Buyer bewarethey do not valid parking when there is an event next door at the new convention center. We found this out (too late) when we parked our car (as usual) in the Bally‘s parking garage which charged us $45 to park. Add insult to injurythey don’t do their normal “pre-fix” option for dinner after 6:30. Dinner was mediocre. Service was weak. Experience was a zero. We will never go backand we are not tourists. It was the best meal we had all week and we had some great meals. The service was second to none. Ciera is a definite go to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
