Fujiya Sushi - Rouen

I think we all agree that the concept of the treadmill is super cool, on the other hand, all the plates were cold, we can't really know how long the pins turn on the carpet. The doses are generous, especially in rice, I had to remove a little from each sushi, it is often like this in the jap restaurants at will and I design quite, but this rice was not very well prepared (very compact and hard, too seasoned in sugar and vinegar, maki and sushi were hard to chew.. and so not very pleasant in the mouth. I may have come on the wrong day I asked soup and salad intake and they never arrived, otherwise the service was very nice, waiters and waitress smiling and nice. But I find that for a budget of 27€ per night per person there is more interesting in Rouen. Well, we ate well, I don't deny it, but there's a few little things to improve.

The quality of the dishes very good when they are hot, the treadmill system allows you to quickly cool the dishes. The service is fast enough. Some walls with splashes not top.

Very nice Japanese restaurant. I loved the service or we have to take a plate that passes on the treadmill. The sashimis are cool.
