Average food but they are getting more expensive, even though they are the same quality. You have to wait a bit for service and the food also takes a little longer, but I recommend the pancakes. The homemade lemonade doesn't have frozen fruit in it. If you want to pay quickly, go to the counter. I never got wifi there, but apparently it works for some people.

I visited the bar for the first time and it had a very nice and cozy atmosphere with beautiful Christmas decorations. However, the staff was lacking as we had to wait for a long time to be served, despite there being only four of us. We even had to walk up to the counter to pay because no one came to check on us after bringing our coffee. If the service had been more attentive, I would have given it more stars.

I have been to this restaurant many times and have always been greeted with good service, politeness, and courtesy. However, my last visit will be my final one. The cafe was very quiet with only a few other customers. When I walked in, I was not greeted and instead received a dirty look from the waitress. I ordered a coffee and sat down. When the coffee was brought to me, I thanked the staff but received no acknowledgment in return. I finished my coffee, paid, left a tip, and still did not receive a thank you. It seemed like my patronage was not appreciated. It felt like my appearance (being non-Czech) was an issue. While I have experienced worse treatment before, it is still disheartening to see a small business struggling to compete with larger ones be let down by its own staff. Good coffee, poor service.
