Delicious, moreish coffee, ice cream waffles and milkshakes! Accommodating staff (we asked for no sauce on outside of cup so the girls didn't get it everywhere! with great suggestions! Right beside a huge and interesting park and lakeside walk. Epic!

I've never been left disappointed with anything I have purchased here. The bubble tea is so good! The brown sugar milk is absolutely divine. I knew I liked fruit bubble tea that uses black tea but didn't think I would like the green tea version.. I was wrong.. Definitely worth a try for anyone doubting that they would like it. You might be surprised
