The staff members were rude and seemed more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. It appeared that only those who ordered through the app were receiving any attention, as they were served promptly and given priority. I even spent 20 minutes in Woolworths and came back, only to find that I was still waiting for my food 10 minutes later.
I placed an order through Uber Eats, but they forgot to include the rice that was meant to accompany the chili crispy chicken. Furthermore, I found the taste to be quite disappointing.
I waited 10 minutes just to place an order, along with many others, while the rude staff chatted among themselves. It took them three minutes just to put a container in a plastic bag. It appeared that only those who ordered through the app received any service, as they were served quickly and prioritized. I even spent 20 minutes in Woolworths and came back to find I was still waiting for my food, which took another 10 minutes.
