Just now I ordered a small meal and staff put it as big and asked me to pay on the counter, told them again, I ordered small, only $1 difference, for a small meal paid $19 dollars and when I was my meal it was medium. unorganized and too young to properly hear order. service: take meal type: dinner price per person: $1–20

Consistently poor customer service in the rothwell store. the journey of the night through experience was the worst yet. 45 minutes are waiting for our meals without apologies from the staff. the server window was even closed to us without the employees being informed about the delay. we will not be back. service: take meal type: dinner price per person: $20–40

Consistently bad on serving size. Pay a premium for it and portion size is ridiculously small, especially on weekends.
