Morrisons Brampton - Rotherham

Not satisfactory standard, and not fit for purpose we always find cups and cutlery dirty . Sometimes tables . But today giving me toast with green fungi on was not acceptable. I explained that I am immune suppressed and could have made me very ill . They were not really bothered .and store manager not in today only a stand in manager . Very poor.

Had to wait about an hour for a meal tables had not been clean and barley any people was in there do not recommend coming here.

Here now at least 8 tables empty, but full of last persons meals.Asked if somebody could clean one and just ignored.If you cant sit down whats the point of a cafe?

Service is so slow. Had to order on a screen and my 86 year old mum didn’t have a clue how to do it. No one about to ask. Eventually mastered it but a long queue had developed. The food was just ok. We prefer a bit more of a personal approach so will give it a miss next time we are shopping.

What a disappointment! The fish and chips used to be amazing at this restaurant. But now, the fish was dry and thin, and the portion size was half of what it used to be. The dish is now called the "Ultimate Fish Chips," which seems more like a joke than a reflection of the quality. The kids' breakfast was also terrible. The staff was apologetic and quickly refunded our money, which was appreciated.
