Bidra med feedbackAppalling service. Ordered at 7:30pm and it was confirmed at 7:35pm that it would be here between 60 and 90 minutes. Order still hadn’t arrived at 9:30pm. Was told “it was just going in to cook and will be another 20 minutes”. Rang them again to find where it was at 10:15pm just as the door rang.
Waiting for food terrible, after a phone call they said it was cooking, Still not good enough. I'm good at what i do, just a pitty your not good at what you do.
Waited 2 and a half hours for our delivery for it to be cold, rang up to complain and basically got called a liar and phone slammed down on me!
Ordered a takeaway after our usual venue closed recently. We have sampled a few alternatives but though we would give this a go, first and last time we order from here! Arrived to collect my order after a 45 minute wait (which isn’t so bad if the food was nice), picked up and left after the lady at the counter read the full order out to confirm what we had asked for. Returned home to find half of the order missing, when I called to complain I was informed they had tried to chase me up the road to hand over the balance, fair enough if it was true but as I have a leg injury getting back in the car wasn’t a quick job. Returned to the restaurant and confronted the lady behind the counter who simply threw the balance over in order to get rid of me quickly. Returned home for the second time. All food present and looked ok, started to eat and found it tasteless! Both myself and my wife suffering after eating it. I would point out I found this to be one of the most expensive Chinese takeaways in the area, no problem if the food was good but personally found this to be a waste of money and threw most of the order away. Better local alternatives which we will use next time.
Delicious meal, well cooked and in a timely manner. Went in shop to order. Very popular, I have been here often and never disappointing. Best one in Bramley
