Costa Coffee - Feedback

Russian lady that serves is very rude doesn't even acknowledge you when Going to be served just blank face

Staff very rude I went to till and tatally ignored as to girls behind counter were talking To each other this went on for 2 or 3 min

Love stopping here for coffee after shopping . Seems to be cheaper than some other costas staff helpful and polite but I always sit shivering with the unnecessa...

I don't know why I even bother with Costa anymore, had a iced almond latte and the milk was sitting in a bottle on the side so was luke warm, just chucking ice...

Had a lovely time here with a newspaper and a latte. Staff got the drink prepared quickly, tables were clean and I didn't feel pressured to leave.

The personal is always so wonderful and attentive. the room us really beautiful and well maintained throughout the day
