Blake's Lotaburger - Roswell

The employees were very very very mean to older customers, they did not take older gentleman's order while he stood there for a good amount of time. Then they took a cup out of a older lady's hands. The person taking our order was being rude, she did not repeat our order back, we had to ask for our drinks after some time, there was a sewage access tripping hazard, our food was cold. over all this was not a good experience.

Best stop for a quick bite passing through Roswell. The original green chili cheese burger is A Welcome Home for those of us who enjoy New Mexico style foods.

Zero stars would be more appropriate since I never even got to order. I don?t know what is going on but Blake?s has gone so far downhill. I grew up in nm and used to love Blake?s but no more. Walked in and stood at the counter for a good five minutes at least while everyone working there walked by and just continued with the horseplay. Maybe they should quit building stores anywhere they can and learn how to run the ones they have operating.

We had the New Mexico double meat with bacon and it was so good. Fresh with just enough heat with the green chilies. The service was good and fast. The dining room clean and comfortable.
