Baskin-robbins - Roswell

There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from at this restaurant, making it very challenging to decide.

I recently visited this Baskin Robbins with my mother on 2/24/2022 and it was a disappointing experience. When I placed my order, I specifically mentioned that we were together and requested lids for our drinks. I initially ordered two items with plans to order more, but the staff member serving me moved on to another customer without asking if I needed anything else. Another staff member had to come over and ask if I wanted to add anything else to my order, and I again requested lids for our drinks. When my order was finally brought to the table, it was missing the lids I had requested. I decided not to push further and left without addressing the issue. The image attached to this review shows the three items my mother ordered, which were also missing lids. Despite this negative experience, I have had positive experiences at other Baskin Robbins locations, such as the one on Peachtree Rd in Buckhead, where I have given them a 5-star rating.

I love to load this! the personal is always friendly and patient! and they always have my favorite taste ice cream!

Great chain for ice cream. Absolutely love the mint chocolate chip!

Took a star off as the cake that was purchased did not reflect the writing.. expected chocolate vs vanilla) . It was still a good cake though. Great selection of cake and ice cream. A oldie but a goodie.
