Mcdonald's Rawtenstall - Rossendale

Ordered the new Philly Cheesestack Burgers as fancied something different, on both burgers ordered there was only one cheese slice no onions and cheese sauce extremely disappointing. This is not the first time Rawtenstall McDonald's provided poor service never going back there again!

As always, great food from Rawtenstall McDonalds. The food is always piping hot and served quickly. Having been a McDonalds business manager in the early 2010’s it’s difficult to be consistently this good, regardless of time of day, but they are. Unfortunately the store is usually overrun with surly teenagers but that is more a reflection the inadequate leisure facilities of Rawtenstall itself.

Absolutely dreadful, this is not fast food, it is very slow food. We didn't enjoy spending birthdays, Christmases and multiple elections in the queue. Also no card machine

I ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin when it arrived I opened it, it was a single sausage, I went back to the counter but as the counter is not staffed I had to wait until a staff member came out to deliver an order. Told them we had ordered a double sausage and egg and received a single, the staff member apologised and said they would replace it, after a short wait another was produced, when I opened it again it was a single sausage , I gave up, will not be ordering a double sausage and egg again especially at Rawtenstall.

Echo what others have said. Painfully slow service, simple order was wrong. Polite young staff not their fault. Sort it out management!
