Consistently outstanding! Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was excellent, and the manager took care of all special requests (quiet table, birthday celebration).

Burrata and calamari appetizers were delicious with beautiful presentation. The special pre fixe 3 course weeknight menu is amazing..such a selection. Desserts are just enough to enjoy something sweet to top off the meal. Wait staff pleasant and attentive. Great food, great ambience, don't miss it!

This is the second time we've been to Mateo's in Roslyn and both times the food and service have been excellent. The place is beautiful and offers a welcoming feeling and a comfortable pace at which to enjoy a delicious meal. We will definitely be back.

Four of us came and we each had the special &39.95 dinner which was lovely. The waiter was wonderful. The salads were great as was the calamari appetizer. My sister-in-law enjoyed her salmon, my brother-in-law loved his filet of sole, my husband had the shrimp luciano which was outstanding. I had the eggplant parm, which is a dish I order most often and unfortunately I did not enjoy it. There was a somewhat bitter taste to the eggplant and I thought the sauce was bland. The desserts were fine and we had a lovely evening. I would definitely comeback and just be sure to order something else.

Very welcoming atmosphere. All staff very attentive. Food is delicious! Tried the shrimp with burnt string beans and Dijon sauce....yummy! Will definitely return with family and friends
