Bidra med feedbackJust had Black Seabass en papillote! To die for Absolutely Spectacular ? I’m a global traveler, and I must tell you it was a meal to remember! If this place doesn’t get noticed by food critics foodies, it’s only a matter of time! and the Colombian Coffe desert really hit the spot! Bravo to the owner family staff for making feel welcome ??
Slow service, dark ambience and bland, outdated decor, but worse of all is the food. Their “gyros” is some flavorless pieces of ground meet slightly seared, served with some generic oily rice and canned peas. Their chobani salad is just Greek salad (with some grated cheese), with the vegetables cut in smaller pieces. Their side soups were actually ok. Soulless, uninspired food, Taco Bell puts more effort into their food than this “Mediterranean” restaurant.
Food is reliably consistent and good. Nothing special about the atmosphere and the parking can be a bit challenging however if you're in the mood for a good Mediterranean meal, this is a strong choice.
We got carryout from Chicken Kabob for dinner. One chicken and one steak ka inbab dinner. I requested roasted vegetables with my dinner and my husband got rice. I ended up sharing some of my vegetables with him as it was too much for me. He ate his entire dinner but I got two meals from mine. The chicken was very flavorful , tender and juicy. My husband liked his steak, but didn't mention anything specific about it. He certainly didn't leave any uneaten! I placed my order online and picked it up. It was ready in 15 minutes and came in a lovely, reusable cloth bag. That was a nice touch. We'll definitely be back for more! Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten free. Sometimes kabab restaurants serve rice with toasted pasta in it, so I always order roasted vegetables instead of rice and obviously I don't eat the pita bread. I have never gotten sick from Chicken Kabob food.
I ordered take out which was a Greek salad and falafel. When I order I asked for a little extra dressing on the salad and a little more tahini sauce on the falafel. When I got to pick it up I noticed they charged me 3.00 extra for these extra condiments. When I approached them to pay they gave me an argument that they “weren't a billion dollar company. I said to them if I was eating at their restaurant and asked for a little extra dressing would you then charge me? They have decided what THEY think is what THEY want on their salad and falafel and basically if you can't enjoy it that way you will need to spend more to then enjoy your meal. They, a man and a women behind the counter, were very argumentative. A little act of kindness would have kept me as a customer but I will never return there.
